This is a new guitar. A collaboration between Kauffmann and RJVGuitars, we are both big fans of the original John Mayer Black1 and i came up with the idea to make a limited run of 10 guitars inspired by this legendary, rare and valuable guitar.

Handbuilt with selected woods for weight and resonance (this one weighs 2695 gramms!), Paulownia body, gold hardware, handwound mid scooped pick-ups, pearl tuner buttons, dark rosewood fretboard with 9.5 radius, ultra heavy aging inspired by Black1, high-end hardware by Gotoh, CTS, CRL and Switchcraft, numbered, handsigned and quality checked by the Kauffmann Boss.

When strummed acoustic all his guitars are loud and resonant and plugged in its a familiar warm fat strat tone. A gigbag and handsigned and numbered certificate are included.
