Here is a pretty rare one. The Gibson ES-333 is similar to the Gibson ES-335, but with several differences: a thin satin finish, a silkscreen headstock Gibson logo, bound fingerboard, it even has an abr1 and it has a backplate which makes working on them much easier. This guitar has the bridge pickup replaced for a Classic 57, the neck pickup still is the original Gibson 490. To make it look more like a 335 the previous owner installed Gibson Historic pickup covers and different knobs.
The body is made of arched, laminated wood, with the exterior and interior laminations being made of maple. There is a maple central core in the semi-hollow body. The neck is mahogany, with a bound rosewood fingerboard and pearloid dot markers. The guitar has some light playwear, but no cracks or repairs. Comes in the original case.
